Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions:

Q) Can I include more than 5 RoboForm accounts under my family subscription?
A) No. That option is not currently available.

Q) Can I purchase a family plan as a gift?
A) Family Plans cannot be purchased as gifts. They can only be purchased by a head of household and subscriptions within the plan are available to family members only.

Q) How do I upgrade from an individual Everywhere subscription to a Family Plan?
A) To do this log in to your RoboForm Online at https://online.roboform.com/login. Then go to Licenses -> select “Upgrade to family plan”

The upgrade price is calculated based on the number of days left in your current individual license. If the calculated upgrade price is less than $9.90 (which means you have less than 6 months left), then in order to upgrade you have to renew for a full year at $39.90 total. However, your new family plan expiration date will reflect the pro-rated remainder of your current individual subscription.

Q) I have an existing Everywhere subscription. Can I be added to someone else’s Family Plan as a member?
A) If your Everywhere subscription is currently active, you cannot be added for the remaining duration of your subscription.. Once expired, you may join someone else’s family plan as a member.

Q) I already have two or more licenses under one billing account, how will the renewal process work and who will be deemed the Family Plan license holder?
A) The owner of the email account used to purchase the licenses will be considered the Family Plan license holder.
